How long does it take to receive my order?Ultimate Seeds delivers its products via DHL or Post NL International services. The delivery time in Europe is 1 to 3 working days. The delivery time in USA is 3 to 5 working days. Once the package has been shipped, we will send you your track and trace information to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder. Your courier will deliver your package to your delivery address and leave a note if you are absent. Please note that in many cases (small orders) the courier can deliver the order to your mailbox to speed up the delivery process.

What is the best way to store my seeds?If you plan on using them in the short term, it is best to store them at room temperature out of the sun. If you plan on storing them for a longer period, it is best to store them refrigerated. Between 5-10 degrees celsius is a good temperature to keep them good for years.

Does Ultimate Seeds offer a germination guarantee?Our seeds have a minimum germination rate of 90%. To ensure that we always maintain this level, we perform weekly germination tests. It can always happen that seeds do not germinate. We do not discuss this, so if this happens, just send us an email at info@ultimate-seeds.com. This only applies to seeds that were purchased directly from our webshop and no longer than 3 months ago. If you have purchased seeds from a website other than ours, we do not guarantee the germination rate. We do not know how long these seeds are in stock at resellers and how they are stored.
